Ingredients of Urap Sayur
- You need 1/2 of kelapa sedang, di parut.
- You need of Sayuran (kacang panjang, wortel, bayam, taoge).
- You need of Bumbu halus :.
- It's 8 siung of bawang merah.
- It's 5 siung of bawang putih.
- You need 10 buah of cabai keriting (sesuai selera).
- Prepare 10 buah of cabai rawit (sesuai selera).
- You need 1 bungkus of terasi.
- Prepare of Kunyit +-1cm.
- Prepare of Kencur (karena tidak ada jadi gak pakai).
- You need 3 lembar of daun jeruk.
- It's secukupnya of Gula, garam, penyedap.
- It's 3 sdm of minyak goreng.
- You need Secukupnya of air.
Urap Sayur instructions
- Tumis bumbu halus sampai matang, masukkan daun jeruk. Kemudian + air + kelapa parut + gula garam penyedap. Aduk rata, koreksi rasa.
- Rebus sayuran secara bergantian, angkat (langsung masukkan ke dalam air matang dingin supaya tidak over cook) kemudian tiriskan.
- Campur sayuran & bumbu kelapa, aduk rata. Siap di sajikan.
