  1. Potong ayam sesuai selera (sya rebus sedikit -+ 10menit), kentang & tahu potong sesuai selera kemudian goreng..
  2. Haluskan bawang merah (sisakan 2siung utk di iris), bawang putih, cabe, jahe, kunyit, kemiri. Iris bawang merah & tomat, bersihkan & geprek serai.
  3. Tumis bumbu halus, yg di iris, batang serai & daun2 kecuali daun kemangi yaa 😊 Tambahkan garam & gula.
  4. Masukkan ayam, masak sampai mendidih, masukkan kentang & tahu goreng. Tambahkan sedikit air & kaldu bubuk.
  5. Masak sampai air menyusut/hampir kering, koreksi rasa, 2 menit sebelum api dimatikan masukkan daun kemangi. Sajikan dengan nasi hangat, selamat menikmati 😊.
